Bro. Byron Lile has been at Oak Ridge at least 65 years!  He was brought to Oak Ridge by his family and grew up here in Taylor Mill!  He has been in the ministry, and his current position, for 27 years.  He describes his inspiration to go into the ministry as "a Spirit led call from the Lord to come and follow Him."  His most significant memory related to his ministry is "the Lord's leading and calling to come and follow him."  Bro. Byron says his goal for his ministry is "to faithfully accomplish what the Lord leads me to do, and to do it with Godly love and compassion."  When he is not fulfilling his role as Minister of Lighthouse and Education, you might find Bro. Byron enjoying one of his hobbies, such as fishing, Bengals football, NASCAR, or a good Sunday afternoon nap!

Randy Wallace

Bro. Randy Wallace has been in the ministry and at Oak Ridge 44 years!  He has been in his current position of Senior Pastor 40 of those years.  Hailing from Warsaw, KY, he says God called him into the ministry and to serve at Oak Ridge.  Bro. Randy says his goal for his ministry is two-fold:  to see unsaved folks come to know our Lord Jesus personally, and to see Christians grow in their faith and in their service towards that same goal.  He describes his most significant memory related to his ministry as, "The many folks I continue to encounter who share how they have been blessed through our ministry together as a church and through the many facets of my personal ministry."  When he is not fulfilling his role as Senior Pastor, you may find Bro. Don Patrick
Youth Director

Bro. Don Patrick has been at Oak Ridge four years and has been in his current ministry position three of those four years.  Hailing from Cincinnati, OH, he was inspired to go into the ministry by the outreach and ministries in which his father was involved when he was a child.  Family connections brought Bro. Don to Oak Ridge, and he quickly became a part of our larger ministry family by working with our youth department.  He says his goal for his ministry is to create a safe and enjoyable environment for the children of the church and the surrounding community where they feel they belong and where they get to learn the Word of God and develop their identity as children of God.  His most significant memory related to his ministry is "each and every youth that has been baptized."  When he is not fulfilling his role as Youth Director, Bro. Don enjoys oil painting, drawing, and lifting weights.
